2019年9月6日，第十五屆中國(guó)家用電器創(chuàng)新成果發(fā)布盛典在德國(guó)柏林舉行，VDR常務(wù)董事兼IECEE主席 Wolfgang Niedziella先生到場(chǎng)并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)致辭，以下為發(fā)言實(shí)錄：

尊敬的劉挺院長(zhǎng)；

尊敬的葛豐亮副院長(zhǎng)；

尊敬的各位來(lái)賓；

女士們，先生們：

I like to thank CHEARI for the invitation to join the Press today and the chance to give a short speech. And if I say “short speech” then I mean short.

感謝中國(guó)家用電器研究院邀請(qǐng)我參加今天的發(fā)布會(huì)，讓我有機(jī)會(huì)做一段簡(jiǎn)短的演講。既然我說(shuō)是“簡(jiǎn)短的演講”，那就真的很簡(jiǎn)短。

When I wrote these lines for my speech I thought – wow – another year has gone by. We all were very busy in our companies and became one year older. But during this year products have been enhanced and new products have been developed to fit the customer needs and wishes.

當(dāng)我寫(xiě)這幾段演講詞的時(shí)候我在想，哇，又一年過(guò)去了。我們都在忙于公司里的事務(wù)，也都長(zhǎng)了一歲。但是在這一年里產(chǎn)品得到了改進(jìn)，并且新產(chǎn)品被開(kāi)發(fā)出來(lái)滿足客戶的需求和愿望。

But not only the customer needs are in focus of the developers and manufacturers. Also rules and regulations, standards and legal requirements have to be fulfilled and the products have to match with them. Maybe also testing and certification has been used to confirm the product conformance.

但開(kāi)發(fā)者和制造商的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)不僅僅是客戶需求，還要遵守規(guī)章制度、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和法規(guī)，并且產(chǎn)品需要與之匹配。也許還要測(cè)試和認(rèn)證以確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品合格。

For sure these demands have increased in the last year and it will continue. One activity in this field is very new.

We all heard about the Diesel scandal. But besides the cars in the meantime other products are in focus where market surveillance authorities are questioning if similar features are used also in electrotechnical products to undermine possibly the EU ecodesign and/or labelling legislation. And the white goods are now in focus like cooling appliances, washing machines and especially those which are connected in smart environments.

Therefor the European Union has set up a project named ANTICSS to make relevant evaluations and if necessary new regulations to avoid circumvention, loopholes in standards, directives and testing methods. And for sure VDE Institute’s experts are part of this project as neutral and independent partner to avoid unnecessary new regulations and to keep you informed and updated. So you see also the next year will be very interesting and busy.

因此歐盟設(shè)立了一個(gè)名為ANTICSS的項(xiàng)目來(lái)進(jìn)行相關(guān)評(píng)估，必要時(shí)制定新的法規(guī)來(lái)避免標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、指令和測(cè)試方法中的規(guī)避和漏洞。當(dāng)然，VDE研究所的專家作為中立和獨(dú)立的合作伙伴也參與了這個(gè)項(xiàng)目，以避免不必要的新法規(guī)，并讓你們隨時(shí)了解最新的情況。所以你們會(huì)看到明年會(huì)是非常有趣和繁忙的一年。

But now I’m very eagerly which exciting innovations will be presented this evening and which companies and products will be awarded.

And in saying this I look forward to a further trustful cooperation with CHEARI and wish all manufacturers a pleasant evening as well as a successful IFA 2019 with a lot of business.
